SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of $7.50 with FREE shipping on orders over $75.
  • Shipping to Australia is $20.00

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, Monday-Friday.

Please note there can be courier delays through NZ post during busy periods.   

IS MY ORDER TRACKED?

Yes all our orders are fully tracked and a confirmation and tracking email will be sent to you once your order is collected by the courier. Please ensure to check you inbox and/or spam folders if you can’t see your order confirmation or tracking email.

PHYSICAL ADDRESSES ONLY

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes and require a physical delivery address.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia.

RETURNS POLICY FOR WEBSITE PURCHASES

If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time. Products will need to be returned to Arnikawa Ltd within 10 working days of receipt by you. Please contact us first via email hello@arnikawa.co.nz so that we know to expect your return and we can advise you of a suitable method for returning the item.

Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they are indeed faulty, you will receive a full refund or your purchase price. Courier costs are generally non refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error. When an error has been made on our part and the product you received is not as expected please notify us to discuss covering your postage costs.
