  1. Begin with a clean face and apply one of our oil serums to enhance the glide of the Gua Sha tool and nourish the skin.
  2. Keep the tool flat against the face. Start with the forehead, sliding upwards from the eyebrows to the hairline.
  3. Move to the cheeks, sliding outwards from the crease of the nose to the ear.
  4. Focus on the jawline, using the end of the Gua Sha tool with the two curves. Start from the chin and slide towards the ear. Massage gently into the ear to release tension. Repeat on both sides.
  5. For the under-eye area, gently scrape the Gua sha tool from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple, only applying light pressure due to the sensitivity of this area.
